Support teachers across Middle and High School with coaching, modeling, and collaborative planning that strengthens classroom practice and student outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Coach and mentor teachers through observation, feedback, and co-planning cycles
- Model effective instructional strategies aligned to Common Core standards
- Support curriculum implementation and assessment consistency across divisions
- Facilitate professional learning communities and targeted PD sessions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education (Master’s preferred)
- Valid teaching certification and significant K–12 classroom experience
- Proven experience coaching teachers or leading instructional improvement
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
