We are seeking a skilled, nurturing, and reflective Early Childhood Teacher to join our school. The ideal candidate has strong classroom practice, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for supporting young learners during their foundational years of development. This role includes teaching an American Curriculum in the early childhood grades, fostering students’ cognitive, language, social, emotional, and physical development through engaging, play-based, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences. The successful candidate will create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning while building strong partnerships with families to support each child’s growth. 

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Learning

• Teach early childhood students using an American Curriculum and developmentally appropriate practices.
• Plan engaging, play-based, and hands-on learning experiences that promote early literacy, numeracy, language, and inquiry skills.
• Use ongoing observation and formative assessment to monitor children’s progress and inform instruction.
• Differentiate learning experiences to meet the developmental needs, interests, and abilities of all children.
• Foster children’s social-emotional development, independence, self-regulation, and positive learning behaviors through a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.

Relationships & Classroom Culture

• Build warm, respectful relationships with students and families
• Maintain a calm, well-structured classroom with clear expectations and routines
• Support students’ social–emotional learning through daily interactions

Collaboration

• Work closely with grade-level colleagues and school leaders
• Participate in curriculum planning, professional learning, and schoolwide initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (required)
• Teaching license/certification (required)
• Native English speaker (required)
• Early childhood teaching experience preferred
• Experience with the American Curriculum (Common Core/AERO) is an advantage
• Experience teaching multilingual learners is helpful

Position Overview

We are seeking a thoughtful and engaging High School History Teacher to join our Girls’ and Boys’ Divisions. The ideal candidate is passionate about history, skilled in discussion-based learning, and committed to helping students think critically about the past and its connection to the present. This role includes teaching American Curriculum History courses (Grades 9–12) and supporting students in developing historical thinking, analysis, and communication skills.

• Use primary and secondary sources to deepen understanding

Provide academic, social-emotional, and college/career counseling for boys in Middle and High School within a supportive, student-centred environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver individual and small-group counseling for academic and wellbeing needs
• Guide students and families through course selection and university pathways
• Partner with teachers and leadership on student support and safeguarding referrals
• Contribute to advisory, orientation, and student development programmes

Requirements

• Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Relevant counseling experience in a K–12 school setting
• Understanding of American-curriculum secondary pathways
• Excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in English

Support teachers across Middle and High School with coaching, modeling, and collaborative planning that strengthens classroom practice and student outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and mentor teachers through observation, feedback, and co-planning cycles
• Model effective instructional strategies aligned to Common Core standards
• Support curriculum implementation and assessment consistency across divisions
• Facilitate professional learning communities and targeted PD sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education (Master’s preferred)
• Valid teaching certification and significant K–12 classroom experience
• Proven experience coaching teachers or leading instructional improvement
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English

Ensure a safe aquatic environment for students and community users during swim programmes and campus activities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor pool activity and respond promptly to safety incidents
• Enforce pool rules and support scheduled PE and after-school swim sessions
• Maintain readiness of safety equipment and report facility concerns
• Collaborate with PE staff and operations on swim programme logistics

Requirements

• Valid lifeguard certification
• First aid / CPR certification preferred
• Strong swimming ability and situational awareness
• English fluency required; Arabic fluency highly desired
