HR Coordinator
Ms. Hadir Shafik is the HR Coordinator at Vision International School (VIS), a position she has held since 2014. As one of the founding members of the school, she joined VIS during its early development phase, even before its official opening, and has since played an integral role in establishing and strengthening the school’s Human Resources function.
With over a decade of experience at VIS, Ms. Hadir oversees all core HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, staff development, employee relations, and leave management. She is dedicated to ensuring the smooth and efficient running of HR processes while fostering a positive, supportive, and well-structured working environment for all staff.
Ms. Hadir is also a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), contributing to strategic decision-making and supporting whole-school development and improvement initiatives.
She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Organisational Resilience, further enhancing her expertise in strategic HR practices and organisational development.
Ms. Hadir promotes an open-door policy that encourages staff to communicate openly, share ideas, and raise concerns. Her approach is grounded in collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement, contributing to a strong and positive school culture.
Outside her professional responsibilities, she is committed to lifelong learning and personal development, and she takes pride in contributing to the continued growth and success of Vision International School and its community.
