Maha holds a degree in Commerce, specializing in Business Administration, from Cairo University. She began her career managing logistics and administrative operations for a range of prominent clients, including government institutions — work that sharpened her precision, organization, and ability to navigate complex processes with ease.

Drawn to the world of education, Maha transitioned into school admissions, where she has now built over 15 years of experience across Egypt and Dubai. Over the course of her career, she has developed a deep understanding of the admissions journey from every angle, the questions families ask, the concerns they carry, and the reassurance they need at each step.

Since joining VIS in 2014, Maha has been a cornerstone of the admissions team, guiding countless prospective students and their parents through every stage of the process with warmth, clarity, and professionalism. Her steady presence and genuine care have helped build lasting trust with families, playing a vital role in the school’s continued growth and success.

In addition to her admissions role, Maha oversees the school’s Student Information System, PowerSchool, managing the accuracy and integrity of student records, enrollment data, and academic information across the school. Her responsibilities include maintaining data consistency, supporting staff with system-related queries, and ensuring that PowerSchool functions as a reliable, up-to-date resource for administrators, teachers, and families alike. Her dual expertise in admissions and information systems makes her a key link between the school’s people-facing processes and the data infrastructure that supports them.

Samira holds a degree in Agriculture, specializing in Nutrition Science and Technology, as well as a Diploma in Clinical Nutrition. She began her professional career as a nutritionist, developing a strong attention to detail and a comprehensive understanding of human health, development, and well-being. After moving to Qatar, she embarked on a new professional path in the education sector, where she has gained more than 13 years of dedicated experience. She currently serves as a Registrar and Ministry Liaison, managing the school’s official communications and ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education. Known for her warm and approachable manner, she excels at building strong, trusting relationships with students and their families. She supports prospective students and parents throughout every stage of the admissions and enrollment process, providing clear guidance with empathy, professionalism, and care. Her strong administrative and organizational skills also enable her to coordinate effectively with ministry officials, maintain accurate records, and ensure full regulatory compliance. Combining her scientific background, administrative expertise, and genuine passion for supporting others, she serves as a vital link between families, the school, and regulatory authorities—bringing confidence, clarity, and care to every interaction.
